  • 6" BDS Suspension System

    • The kit offers a smooth ride and reliable on-road handling coupled with impressive off-road performance and clearance for up to 37'' tires. The 6'' system utilizes a pair of one-piece laser cut 1/4" steel crossmembers, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets, heavy duty differential skid plate, upper strut mount spacers to retain the OE ride quality, bump stop extensions, sway bar relocation, new cam bolts, and billet aluminum driveshaft spacer. In the rear a 5'' offset pin block kit re-centers the rear axle in the wheel well and replacing the factory block to eliminate stacking blocks and level the stance of the truck.

    • Fox 2.0 Performance Series shocks have been tuned and tested by both Fox and BDS Suspension to maximize performance specific to each application and to every BDS Suspension System. The basic shock design is based on proven Fox Racing Shock race products, but re-designed to maximize the ride quality, handling, and control of your BDS equipped truck or Jeep, whether on or off the road.​

  • Fox 2.5 Performance Series Coil-Overs With  Reservoirs 

    • The 6'' Performance Coil-over Systems bring together the safety and capability of BDS's 4'' lift kits with the uncompromising performance of Fox Factory series 2.5 remote reservoir coil-overs and rear Fox 2.0 IFP shocks for true blend of on-road comfort and offroad performance. 

  • BDS Upper Control Arm 

    • The Upper Control Arms (UCAs) are designed for improved strength, great looks, and more wheel travel on leveled and lifted for the F-150. These performance control arms are built from high strength 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing, fully welded for strength and durability. They use an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning for use with leveling kits and most full IFS lift kits on the market. The frame mounting ends feature durometer-specific rubber bushings. At the other end they use an indexed ball joint cup with and premium Moog brand ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability to arms that feature uniballs, poly bushings or heims. These control arms come finished in a durable black powdercoat and include a billet aluminum machined ball joint dust cap as well as proper brake line attachment points to ensure a factory-like fit. ​
